All competitors can qualify for North America Titles and all divisions, from Novice to Advanced, qualify for a Top 10 Rating.
Only competitors who are U.S. Canadian, Mexican or citizens of a Carribean nation can qualify to be ranked in the North America Top 10 Rating or for North America Titles.
Foreign competitors are welcome to participate in any championship in North America. While they can receive medals for their accomplishments, they will not receive consideration for North America Titles or Top 10 Rating. However; their placement can be used as a qualifier for the ICMAC World Championship.
